Two Skincare Products That Have Changed My Skin

pixi glow tonic la roche posay effaclar

If you´ve followed this blog for a while, you´ll know that in this house we cleanse, exfoliate, apply serum and moisturize every single day from the beginning of times. But you´ll also know, sometimes I just wanna scream f*ck it as I go to bed (God forgive me) with my makeup on after a really long day -or night..

I struggled with pretty bad skin a few months ago (not to sound dramatic, but for me a few spots is already bad skin as I rarely get any spots). I was freaking out because I didn´t understand what was going on. Why was my own skin acting that histerically? Like it was screaming for help or something. I came up with a very basic routine. Just cleanse, serum and moisturize. Started using my beloved Pixi Glow Tonic, and things started to get better. I used my La Roche Posay Effaclar Duo + face cream in my morning routine, and trust me, never looked back.

These to are fab, and used together, a super bomb. Moisture in the morning, exfoliate in the evening. Continue with my usual AM and PM routine. All minimal, even more now that is so hot I can even bother to apply anything else than moisturizer.

I LOVE the effaclar duo product too – I’ve had adult acne / struggled with my skin for 5+ years now and although this product doesn’t “fix” my skin it works wonders and is SO brilliant on hyperpigmentation. I’ve written countless good things about it myself!
