I´ve been writing and erasing this pst for about half and hour now. When all I want to say is: hey! this is a new foodie series in the blog; don´t know how I feel about this new content but experimenting is also fun!
Last week it was festive on Thursday in Madrid, so we decided to enjoy a little dinner my friends and I. It was a girls night, on a Wednesday that felt like a Friday. We are always looking for new places to eat, and El Columpio was on our bucket list for so long. The place was pretty chilled, with large tables placed around and a dim light that made a bit hard to read the menu. This day we all went to the gym so we were all pretty hungry. There are so many things to chose from, we had a hard time deciding what we wanted, but we finally went for the Mushroom pizza with truffle, the calamari with a garlic mayo and the mini hamburgers.
It was all delicious, incredibly tasty and we were served so fast. Ugh I now only dream about that pizza because it was so good I want to marry it. Seriously. If this was not enough, we concluded we wanted two desserts −remember we all went to the gym that evening and also YOLO– and picked the Leche con galletas (recommended by the staff) and a Chessecake. Both incredible.
We went home with a happy belly and wanting to come back some day. Already planning the next time!
