My sister has been learning Korean for a couple of months now and I guess the asian fever has reached its peak last week. I am jealous of her because speaking korean is so cool –she is cool tbh– but I just decided to start trying some asian beauty products to get going..
So this was just an excuse to tell you about my sister´s new skill, but I´m just proud of her -#twinlove. And she was the one that gave me the Konjac Sponge, so the credit is well deserved.
I´m not a huge fan of sponges, I really think the acumulate a lot of bacteria and ba thing, however this one seemed a bit different. Is 100% natural, vegan and cruelty free, and it has antibacterial properties and also you can find it everywhere. It is a very gentle exfoliator, which you can use with or without cleanser (if you use makeup I suggest you use a makeup remover, specially on the eyes). I massage in circular motion around my face, and it really leaves my skin feeling softer. I wouldn´t say, however, it has made a real change on my skin, yes it feels smooth but that´s what it is usually like. I probably have to try more asian beauty anyways..
Have you tried the Konjac Sponge?
I’ve never tried this sponge before! my best friend taught herself korean and moved there for a year and she’s fluent now!
