My Belfast adventure is sadly coming to an end, and in two weeks I’ll be heading home at least for another few months. I know I will be missing Belfast right after I get off the plane –just like Destiny’s Child song, being an independent woman is just so good– however, I thought of putting together a few things I’m dying to do when I arrive in Bilbao..
