DIY Rosemary Essential Oil For Healthy Strong Hair

I love a good DIY. In fact, I think I’m a little bit obsessed with them. To the point that usually before buying something I always check out If I can do it myself –crazy, I know. Lately I’ve been also following a new youtuber, Annie Jaffrey, and specially I’ve been loving her scalp massage for healthy strong hair, which sounds as perfect as it is.

So in the video she mentions rosemary as some of the oils you can use to massage into your scalp to improve and stimulate blood circulation. Did I need anything else to convince me I needed that oil? No. So here is what you need..

Olive Oil

Fresh Rosemary

A Jar

A Sticker

It is the easiest DIY. You just have to leave the rosemary dry (I didn’t leave mine dry though), fill the jar with it and then cover it with olive oil. Easy peasy. When you’re done, put its name on the sticker and place it on a sunny room –or something like it- and leave it there for at least one month. Give it a little shake every day. When it’s done, keep it on a dark and dry place.

So that’s it. You can use it as you want, but never apply it directly onto your skin. You can pour a few drops on your shampoo, or you can use it for a massage but always mixed with another oil. I feel so proud of myself for doing this it’s ridiculous..
